Frequently Asked questions

Q. What are the advantages of using a Marketing Consultant?

A. Strategy-driven integration. Cost efficiency and savings. Improved results.

While today’s marketing and media options may be endless — most company budgets are NOT. As a consultant, I become part of your team, helping identify, choose, and develop performance-focused solutions for inclusion in only the media outlets that make sense for YOUR business positioning and response goals.

A. Response-focused solutions delivered with service flexability.

My significant background in the field off Direct Response Marketing has proven invaluable for identifying and improving the way companies, present their “value-offer” to customers — and to PROSPECTS. (Yes — there is a difference…one that many consultants fail to address!) My skills as a Marketing & Branding Consultant provide winning strategy plans—and ALSO the quick translation of  those plans into creative innovative creeative solutions right through lock-step media integration.

Q. Is using a Marketing Consultancy more expensive?

A. Not if the Consultancy is KROHA Creative, because:

  • I save money by identifying solutions that will yield the highest ROI within an established budget, and;
  • I create or mange all needed creative services, allowing me to offer service volume discounts, and;
  • I offer money-saving pay-direct arrangements for needed specialty services, and;
  • I have structured my consultancy to minimize overhead, allowing me more flexibility to work within even limited marketing budgets.

Q. Do you design, develop and host websites?

A: Yes — beginning with my first client website over 20 years ago.

I was creating websites using “Open Source” coding structure long before it was mainstream— leading to my choice of using WordPress and DIVI Builder on websites I create today. I also offer ‘Managed” WordPress Hosting, ensuring “as-soon-as-available” security and version updates.

I approach websites through a holistic approach that considers ALL the performance roles a website can or SHOULD play in the success of a marketing program. I also view the technology tools that develop and power websites as just that — TOOLS. So I never let the “tail wag the dog” when it comes to letting animation effects or navigation tricks get in the way of what matters most: clear, strategically focused content and relevant design that generates trust, credibility, and response.

Q. Do you use AI to develop creative content?

A. Yes, I have embraced AI from it”s introduction — correctly harnessed it is a suite of amazing tools

AI has cquickly become a resource that can expedite and expand the creative options available for interpreting a strategy. However, the key-word in this answer is “resource”

AI can produce fast results for the generation of editorial content, visual solutions, and other previously time-consuming tasks. However, the quality of the end product  greatly relies on the generation-prompt and editing-prompt skills of the person controlling this tool.  AI deliverables need tpo be carefully reviewed and edited  needed to ensure final results align with strategy, messge inttent, and brand.

Q. Do you earn a commission on media placement like traditional agencies do?

A. No.

I charge a pre-set fee for placing and managing campaigns in agreed to media. The “Ad Spend” is billed to/paid directly by my clients — saving them the 15% to 20%+ commission.

Q. How do you bill for your Consulting Services?

A. I bill either per-project or through a retainer, depending on which option benefits my client best.

Typically, I suggest a monthly retainer over a set period of time, with a designated service scope to be delivered during that period. Often, much of the work associated with brand-refinement and campaign launches requires execution “early on.” So a retainer arrangement allows for a kind of “payment installments” plan that some small to mid-sized businesses may find preferable. Also, because retainer agreements often entail multiple projects, total-package discounts are also included.
